Self hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of mind which can be defined as a heightened state of focused concentration, with the willingness to follow instructions - suggestions. NOW THINK ABOUT RELAXING THE MUSCLES IN YOUR NECK. AS YOU THINK ABOUT RELAXING THE MUSCLES IN YOUR NECK YOU ARE GOING DEEPER INTO HYPNOSIS…. NOW THAT YOUR NECK IS RELAXED, THINK ABOUT RELAXING THE MUSCLES IN YOUR CHEST. AS YOU THINK ABOUT RELAXING THE MUSCLES IN YOUR CHEST YOU ARE GOING DEEPER AND DEEPER INTO HYPNOSIS... WHEN YOU WAKE YOU WILL FEEL AS THOUGH THAT WAS THE BEST SLEEP YOU EVER HAD…… ONE... TWO.. THREE… GET READY TO OPEN YOUR EYES…. FOUR... FIVE.. WIDE AWAKE AND ALERT NOW. You should be feeling very good at this point. You can use this induction over and over to help you sleep better. Never Stop Learning—Try to learn something new every single day.
