Please read the following before bidding. Placing a bid means you understood and agreed to accept the Terms and Conditions.

i) In bidding you agree that you understand what you're bidding on. All bids are legally binding. eBay's policy requires winning bidders or buyers to pay for the item that they have committed to purchase. Please do not bid if you are not interested in this auction.

ii) Zero feedback buyer must contact me first, before bidding. I reserve the right to cancel any bids for zero feeback buyer who are not following this instruction.

iii) This auction is only for a Domain name and no websites content, or hosting are included.

iv) Winning bidder must have a Paypal with confirmed shipping address. Payment is to be made through Paypal only and is required within 48 hours after the end of the auction. If I don't receive the payment within that time frame, I have the option of re-listing the domain and unpaid bidder will be reported to eBay. 

v) Domain name will be pushed to you within 48 hours upon receiving payment. You need to have / open an account at the registrar that this domain is registered. For GoDaddy / Estibot / MadDag, please send me the login account number and registered email address. For Moniker, pls send me the account number and authorization code.

vi) If you do not send me your relevant registrar account information according to point (v) above within 7 days after the payment, you have automatically given up the ownership of the domain. I have the option of re-listing the domain without the need to push it to you anymore.

vii) All Sales are Final, No Refund!
