Currently living in what should be called the sunshine state Las Vegas, NV and working full time for a wireless INTERNET company taking inbound phone calls as customer service representative. I've been in the call center customer service type job for over 10 years now and love to talk to people from all over. I am very friendly professional on the phone and you can hear it in my tone of voice that I truly want to help all individual customers that I speak to.

My family lives in the state of Virginia. I have my father, mother, younger brother (MO), younger sister (Suzie), who is now going to be having a baby soon!!!:) Mo, my younger brother is proudly working as an IT person from his home now in Herndon, VA. I am mixed with two different cultures, one is Italian, and the other is Syrian.
