Auction Information

Auction Sales Policy:	Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally biding contract to purchase the item. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 5 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion. Non paying bidders will receive negative feedback and be reported.
Shipping Details:
UPS - USPS:	Shipment by Canada Post or Canada post via USPS. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving full payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery depending on location and time of order. No shipping will be done on weekends, business days only.
Payment Details:
7 Days:	PayPal, Credit Card via PayPal, or eCheck via PayPal After 10 days I hand the transaction over to eBay's Non Paying Bidder Program.
Returns:
15 Days:	Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. If a product is found to be defective, it will be replaced or refunded at the sellers discretion. Defective products must be returned to seller. Negative feedback will not speed up any return process.
End of Auction:
Notes:	The winner will receive an "eBay End of Auction" email. Click on the payment link and follow instructions. Once payment is received, we will ship product.

Please note that you MUST CHECK YOUR BULK MAIL FOLDERS as some of Ebay's headers generally get thrown into either your SPAM or BULK mail and therefore you may miss them.
