• Emails:  Rules: (CALL Don't email us with questions)
  •  Please - Do not email over and over to solve a problem. We send detailed emails with every payment on how to contact us in case of a problem. Emails are time consuming and not easily understood, which usually results in 15 emails back and forth while a simple 2 min. phone call can resolve 99% of concerns.
  •  Do not Call asking for TRACKING # !  - It will be emailed to your account.
    • Please read our email we sent to your registered ebay account, NOT PAYPAL. Please check the Bulk/Junk mail folders also. We send 4 or 5 Automated emails.
      1. From ebay with "Winning Buyer Notification email"
      2. From Ebay "Payment Received email".
      3. From Paypal if you pay with Paypal.
      4. When we ship.
      5. From ebay "Item Shipped email "
      

      All emails have our 800# in them so you can call during business hours to get technical help or solve shipping problems.

• Shipping/Handling: New Rules:
  • 1.) When sending payments thru paypal, please make sure your mailing address is correct and updated. We receive a lot of mail returned back as undeliverable as addressed, or forward address not known. This is costing us too much time, and our other customers who know where they live, delayed delivery times.
  •  2.) So new rules as of 5/14/07.
    • (any package) that comes back undeliverable as addressed or No Such Address - NSA will now be the buyers responsibility to re-pay full shipping and handling charges. If payment is not made we will not re-ship. If there is a claim or dispute we will immediately file as a non paying bidder on ebay. There is no excuse for not knowing about a change of address or ebay/paypal account being outdated. We protect buyers from fraudulent credit card transactions and do not ship to unconfirmed address.
    • We do make exceptions of course.. but just one.
    •  #1) If we made a typo, obviously we will reship for free.
• Simple Tips:
  • Please leave us as much information as possible when making a payment.
  • We want you to get your items fast and in a safe manner, remember it all begins with your information
  • We provide a phone number for all problem and trouble shooting - in our outgoing emails.
  • Leaving negative feedback saying did not reply to emails just makes you look like a fool because we have told you 5 times to call if there is any questions or problems
  • Also, please leave ph# with payments. It really makes it easier. We have tried sending emails to get better information, but as mentioned earlier, emails just don't work for some situations.
