In 1990, Jare Hares was launched out of a demand by collectors for quality handmade collectible rabbits. In the early 2000s & bears was added to reflect the fact that bears were also a part of the line that I create. The company name is Jare Hares & Bears.
Today, I offer my ceations in aproximately 70 shops in the US and a few overseas. I attend 4 to 5 teddy bear shows annually. You can find me on the web at www.jarehares.com, www.jarehares.etsy.com, or www.patternmart.com and search Jared Monroe.
In recent years, I have begun to offer a few of my designs as patterns. I offer my patterns in paper and eversions. Due to recent policy changes at eBay.com I have moved my ePatterns to other sites for sale. Any pattern is available as a Paper Pattern or an ePattern.
