Har Lee Rod has been in business since 1947. We have always sold the finest fishing tackle and continue to do the same today. A family owned business that takes pride in the little things, we at Har Lee rod want to make sure you are completely satisfied. We are located conviently in New Jersey right across the Hudson River from New York City. We strive to offer the best prices on all your fishing needs.


CHECKOUT

After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

Check-Out Now! Click on the eBay Pay Now button at the top of this page or click here to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.

Check-Out Later: Within 2 hours of the end of the auction, you will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item.

      Terms

• All items are brand new unless otherwise noted.
• All items are shipped within 24 hours of a complete payment being made.
• Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs which are clearly listed in all of our auctions.
• We offer a shipping discount on multiple auctions. This discount varies by amount of items, weight, and location.
• Residents of the 48 contiguous States have their items shipped via UPS ground from NJ and can expect a delivery time of 1-6 business days (See map below for exact details).
• Residents of AK, HI, PR, APO, and FPO addresses pay the same rates as UPS ground unless where stated and will have their items shipped via USPS Priority with a delivery time of 3-7 business days.
• Residents outside of the United States have their items shipped via USPS First Class airmail w/no tracking with a delivery time of 20 business days.

• Payments can be made via Paypal, direct credit card, call in orders to 1-201-798-2130, or by a money order.
• Money orders must be in US funds.
• Items are shipped untracked and uninsured.
• Both can be purchased. Please call our sales office for more info.
• We do not accept wire or bank transfers as payment methods.
• Fishing rods cannot be shipped outside the US.
• Items that do not have an international shipping rate are not available for international shipping.
• We do our best to accomodate as many international customers as we can.
• Residents of Canada please be advised that due to YOUR COUNTRY'S customs agency items can take up to 5 weeks to be delivered.
• We are not repsonsible for circumstances beyond our control I.E. postal strikes, weather delays etc. Average transit times are about 20 business days.
• You will now see 2 kinds of shipping methods! If you choose standard shipping HAR LEE is NOT responsible for loss or damage in transit.
• Express shipping is tracked and insured and will take 4-10 days to arrive.

• Any item valued over $250.00 must be shipped to the confirmed address on PAYPAL only no exceptions.
• We accept Paypal, money orders, local pick ups, and credit card sales via our toll free order line 1-877-442-7533.
• Our credit card order line is open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST. Saturday 11am-3pm EST.
• If you plan on combining items please do NOT pay for items individually. If an item is paid for individually it no longer qualifies for discounts with other orders.
• All direct credit card transactions must be called into our sales office at 1-877-442-7533.
• When sending a money order you MUST have the item # clearly written.
• Please do not send cash.
• Paypal E-checks take 3-5 business days to clear. No item will ship until these checks clear.
• There is a 7% sales tax charge on any item that is shipped to a NJ address.
• Also any item that is picked up at our store location is charged the 6% sales tax.

CONTACT US

We do our best to make our descriptions 100% accurate. If you feel there is an error in the listing or if you have a question that has not been answered feel free to email us.

• If an item does not arrive in the time period provided above please call our sales office.
• Any item that arrives in a damaged or open carton must be reported to Har Lee and the shipping company within 24 hours.
• Any item that arrives defective must be reported to Har Lee within 72 hours.
• Any shortages must be reported to Har Lee within 24 hours.
• Each manufacturer carries a warranty on their products. Items must be returned to them for warranty repair or replacement.
• Items over the warranty period cannot be returned to either Har Lee or the manufacturer.
• All non-defective returns are either given a full store credit (less S&H) or a refund less re-stocking fee(s).
• Failure to comply with any of the above terms will result in delays and/or possible non shipment of an item.
• Buyer accepts all repsonsibility for providing the correct address.
• Any item not delivered due to a wrong address will be charged the full shipping price again. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• We appreciate fast payment and will provide positive feedback within 14 days of receipt of the item.
• Any item not paid for will be handled by Ebay's Unpaid Item Procedures.
