My Office (Formerly the Living Room) !!!

One of the most wonderful, and I believe, overlooked, fact about loose gemstones, is the history, myth & lore!!! I also love the opportunity of unique & one of kind jewelry that you can create!
I want my business to have that same "corner booth" feel, that the craft shows & bazaars have. The challenge is to anticipate what my customers want, without having them standing in from of me!!!
Regardless of the challenges, buying & selling loose gemstones can be both, fun & exciting. However, it has it's dissppointments too. I have had the misfortune of buying a gemstone, only to find that it is not the gemstone advertised.
My experience as a buyer only fuels my desire to make customer service a priority!
I test EVERY gemstone I list, yes it is time consuming, but my reputation depends on you getting the gemstone you paid for. I want you to be thrilled when you open the package, and I am willing to take the time to make sure that happens.
I have purchased books, computer programs, and special equipment, in an attempt to give my customers the best photos, & descriptions possible with my limited ability. But the best tool I have is my eyes.... I can actually see & touch the gemstone.
Answering your question, to the best of my ability, in a timely manner, is the best customer service tool I have at my disposal.
I not only test every gemstone, I also spend a great deal of time taking picture & researching. If I don't know the answer, I will do my best to find it, and I have no shame in saying "I don't know", and always try to finish that sentence with "but I will try my best to find out" !!!
I welcome & encourage you to ask questions. I sincerely believe what my father used to say. "The only dumb questions, are the ones not asked". I am committed to giving you the information you need to feel confident about bidding on any item I have to offer.
The most important thing about buying a gemstone is, that YOU must love it....it doesn't matter what I think of the gem. If you don't love it.... you should NEVER have to keep it!
It sounds silly, but I believe that every gemstone has a "home". So if it comes back to me, it will eventually find it's true home.
Last but not least.... i enjoy hearing about the plans you have for your "pretties", and welcome pictures of the finished product too!
I have plans to branch out into other areas that I am passionate about in the future, so come back often!
Love what you buy, and HAVE FUN!!!
