Aloha, my name is Michelle Iulieta Iwalani Stroman, I am the artist behind all the flowers you see at The Hawaiian Sandbox. Besides Jesus being #1 in my life, I love my family and my friends. I appreciate each and every customer I receive on ebay and do my best to keep everyone happy when it comes to customer service. Every flower is such an intricate piece of art, there are no molds used here and I am not a mass producer nor do I order mass produced flowers. My work is 100% authentic and straight from my home in Maui, Hawaii to your door!
Besides my Lord Jesus Christ, my wonderful husband Adrian and our 2 boys, Izaiah and Izaac, are whom I live for! I also serve at Word Of Life Kahului, Maui. I am blessed to be a part of the hula worship team! God is good!
ABOUT MY ARTISTRY: I have spent the past 5 years training myself in this artistry as well as learning the ways of ebay to gain global exposure for my work. I study real flowers, take them apart and analyze them, sometimes I sketch them out. Then I begin to create what I see. God has allowed me to be a visual person, so when customers send me pictures, I can usually create the flowers based on the pictures alone. I use a Japanese paper clay that is lightweight and durable and every petal is made by hand. Every petal is also handpainted and usually laquered for the best durability. Every day is another lesson learned and the flowers keep evolving into perfection as the years go by. I find it exciting to be a part of this never-ending learning experience.
Above all else, my vision is to be a blessing to others. I want people to feel that "Aloha Spirit", even if they just purchase or recieve 1 flower. Making people happy through my art is priceless to me. I enjoy the opportunity to be on ebay & share my work with the world!
