you for visiting Jillian Distributors. We offer a large
variety of items, including genuine leather apparel, purses,
wallets, & more! We are a direct importer, wholesaler, and retailer. We are the manufacturer of Rebel Ryder, Jilly Bag, Legends, Oscar Armanno, and Jillian Valentina. Our products are made from the finest craftsmanship which provides great quality leather. Feel free to email us with any questions. We receive over hundreds of emails daily, please allow up to 48-72 hours for an email response. Our office is opened Monday-Friday 9am-4pm CST. The weekend ebayers will not get an immediate email response.
STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGES/SHIPPING
POLICY
STORE POLICY: We at Jillian Distributors
strive to make our customers 100% satisfied. If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our office by phone or email and we will issue the RMA# for your return, along with our return policy. You can return the item
within 15 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase
price only minus a restocking fee. Please keep in mind that some of our auctions
state that there are no returns/refunds/exchanges. There are
exceptions to the 15-day return policy. You will need to
read this entire page to make sure that you qualify for
the refund.
REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGING POLICY: If you need to return an item, whether it be for exchange or refund, please contact us immediately. At that time, you will be given an RMA #. This RMA # needs to be included on your paperwork and also on the outside of the box.
All items that are returned must have tags attached. This is very important. We will NOT accept any item that does NOT have the tags attached. If an item is returned to us without the tags, we will refuse the package by the courier that you shipped with. If for any reason we cannot refuse a package, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping of that return.
We do have a 15-day return policy from the date that the buyer receives the purchase. We will give a short grace period if we receive it after that date. The refunds are given by the same method of the original payment. You can expect the refunds to be within 3-5 days from when we process the return. Please remember that returns are ONLY processed on Fridays. The returns are charged a 20% restocking fee off the purchase price. We do not refund shipping.
If you are sending an item back for exchange, you are responsible for shipping of the return. When you contact our office for the RMA#, you will also be given the shipping amount to include in the package. If you prefer to use paypal, you can let us know and we will send you a paypal invoice. We can also process MasterCard, Visa or Discover direct.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: If an item arrives
damaged, please be sure to email us ASAP. An RMA # will be issued for you to include on your paper work and on the outside of the box.
Our items are received in our warehouse in cases, and each item is sealed in individual plastic. Therefore, we are unaware of any items that are damaged.It is important that you inspect your item when you receive it. All items MUST be returned with tags attached. DO NOT remove your tags before you inspect your product(s). We will not accept any item without tags! You will be responsible for shipping that item back to our warehouse. When the returns are processed, we will ship you the corrected item. It will be the exact item and size that you originally ordered.
SHIPPING POLICY: We gladly combine
shipping on most auctions. The shipping
costs are calculated through ebay's system. The shipping is by UPS or USPS for US & Canada. International buyers will have their package shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
We are NOT responsible
for damaged merchandise, lost merchandise or stolen
merchandise, if insurance is not purchased. The rate for
that (in the US only) is $1.70 and up. If the item is shipped by UPS Ground, insurance is automatically included. If an item is damaged or lost during transit by UPS, we will have to file the claim in order. The items are NOT reshipped until we receive confirmation from UPS Ground
that the claim has been accepted. This process can sometimes
take up to 14 business days. We ship several times a
week, but not weekends. We usually ship our items within
48-72 hours after payment (excluding weekends and holidays) is received. During the busy
Christmas season, we
ship 5 days a week (and sometimes Saturdays) to insure that your items
are received by Christmas.
Shipping: We use ebay's calculated shipping. The buyer can choose shipping by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. This is for USA & Canada only.
Canadian orders can ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Please note that UPS does charge brokers fees. If the buyer chooses UPS, the seller is not responsible for those fees.
International Shipping
Policy: We use ebay's calculated shipping. The shipping method is by USPS Priority mail. All international shipments are marked as a "gift". We are NOT responsible for any
import taxes/duties that are charged for your shipment. This is to be paid by the buyer.
Buyers living outside of the US will need to
contact their local Customs Dept. for that
information.
FEEDBACK / OTHER POLICIES
FEEDBACK POLICY: We try to
maintain great feedback. There are some
"ebayers" out there, that do not understand
this, especially the newer ones. We do NOT leave feedback
until we are given feedback. Our ebay ids are set up to automatically leave feedback once it is given to us. If for some reason, this does not happen, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the problem. If you have any problems, then
you need to contact us immediately and give us the chance
to respond to you, without leaving a neutral or negative
feedback. Please allow us some time to respond. Since we are closed on the weekends, it may take a few days to get a response back to you. If bad feedback is given to us, neutral or
negative, without being contacted FIRST, you WILL receive
a NEGATIVE feedback in return. Once this is done, the
transaction is completed and in NO way will we try to
rectify the situation with you. We are very reasonable
people and are easy to work with, but receiving bad
feedback is not something that we will tolerate.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:
Leather products are what we sell.
If you have questions about any item(s) that we sell,
please email us before purchasing your item. If an item
is SOLID leather (which means one full piece of leather),
it will be stated in the auction description. Don't
assume that you are purchasing solid leather if it does
not state that in the auction page. If you do not know
what the descriptions are for "Italian Stone",
"Mosaic", "Roman Rock", "Diamond
Plate", then you need to email us BEFORE you make
purchase. This way you will know what you are purchasing.
As for the sizing of the leather apparel, if you are
unsure or need measurements, send us an email. There is a
chart provided to us from the manufacturer that is listed
on the auction pages. If you do not see
this chart, please contact us and we will provide you with that information. We are not responsible if you order
the wrong size. As stated above, the size chart we have
is provided by the manufacturer.
A LITTLE ABOUT US
We
started selling on Ebay in the year 2000. At the time we
started selling on ebay, we did not have a business name.
Our business name was inspired by our first child,
Jillian Michelle Crouch. We bought the domain name
Jillian Distributors after she was born. When Jillian was 8 months old, my wife became a stay-at-home mom. She and I together established this business from our garage. Having a business in your home, is working 24/7. That was very stressful on our family. Jillian Distributors LLC has
definitely grown by leaps and bounds over the years! We combined our location to a 6,000 sq. ft. warehouse in June 2005. That space was outgrown within a year. In the Spring of 2006, we purchased a 10,000 sq. foot warehouse with office space. We are very excited about the growth of the business. Jillian Distributors LLC is not just about maintaining our PowerSeller status on Ebay, but we have a full-time wholesale website, retail websites, other auction sites, plus we maintain a few other seller ids on ebay. It has not been an easy road to get to where we are, a lot of growing pains over the years. And, we definitely have the scars to prove it! We have a great staff on board to help keep our business growing. A great staff is always a blessing for any company! We added to our family in December of 2007, so my wife does not work at the office too much right now. Jordan Brent Crouch was born on December 14, 2007. It was in the busiest time of the year for the business! And, everything that could go wrong, definitely went wrong! My wife actually works from home paying the bills/handling all finances of the business. The GO-TO-MY-PC website is awesome! I don't think that she would be able to stay at home if that site were not an option for us. We have been very blessed with the success of the Jillian Distributors LLC. We cannot take the credit for this success. We give all the credit, honor and glory to the Lord, our Heavenly Father. For it has been through Him, that we have been able to establish this business and make it to what it has become today.
