As a working parent with a second business I have found that some of my aqquisitions are no longer needed, so I decided it is more time conservative to make these items available to others as they come to my attention rather than storing them.

As of late I have started purchasing items from business liquidations, repo sales, and overstock sellouts that have prices just too good to pass up, which I make available to you!

These items will be listed generally start at just below break-even prices so you can decide what you pay rather than being told what an item will cost.  I don't pad the sale price by charging exhorbitant handling fees, just enough to cover the cost of materials, and a bit for gas & time, generally around a couple bucks on average. 

Some items you will get in new condition, some in good, or fair.  What I know about an item YOU will know about the item.  Most items are either removed from working environments due to Michigans lousy business environment, or just liquidations or upgrades and overstock.

These items will ALWAYS be listed describing the shape they are in to the best of my knowledge. If you have any problems with any items you receive from me please contact me to work it out rather than leave negative feedback, as I aim to please, and will do my best within reason to resolve any issues.

You will find household, business, equipment, office, computer supplies, and even boating supplies occasionally.  I am not a big oversized store with tremendous overhead  that has to be covered by tacking on large amounts to the price, which benefits you in price, and in personal service.
