I live in the metro Atlanta area, and I've been buying & selling on eBay since 1998. I only sell things that I'd want myself, so I have a high standard when it comes to what I list. If I think it's cheap or crappy, you won't find it here.
My Take on Toy Pre-Sales:
As a buyer, I don't believe in paying for something when the seller has no idea when the item will arrive ("within 30 days" doesn't cut it!). So I don't do "pre-sales". If I list it, I either have it in stock, or I have a UPS tracking number from the wholesaler giving me an exact date it will arrive in my hands (in which case, it will be stated just above the item description).
Auction Policies:
To eliminate non-paying buyers, I now accept PayPal only.
Payment must be received within 3 days or item will be forfeited, relisted and your ID blocked from future bids. Non-paying buyers will be reported to eBay.
Almost all packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. First class flat packages cannot be mailed with Delivery Confirmation (things like stickers). Insurance is extra and is optional. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. If your item is breakable, or if you are concerned with things getting lost/stolen in the mail, please pay for insurance.
All sales final. I do my best to describe things as accurately as possible. I'm a very honest person and never intentionally misrepresent anything I sell. If you have any questions or reservations, please email me before auction ends (at least 24 hours before so I have time to reply).
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
