All of our motorcaddies and other products are manufactured and serviced in our own facilities in Columbus, North Carolina. Our personal attention to every product translates into exceptional quality, value, and customer service for Kangaroo owners. Though Kangaroos are completely maintenance free, should you need service or help for any reason, just pick up the phone or e-mail us. You will be taken care of directly by someone at our North Carolina plant who knows your Kangaroo inside and out. Kangaroo's listed as "used" or "reconditioned" are never made available for sale until they have been thoroughly inspected and tested by Kangaroo's factory technicians. Any component that is damaged, inoperative, or missing is repaired or replaced. Kangaroo's listed as "demonstrators" are units that have been demonstrated in our factory showroom or returned by their original owners within the 30-day money back guarantee period.
