About FizGolf
It was the summer of 2006, and my friends and I were obsessed with golf. Every night after work, every weekend, it was the same routine: practice, play, practice, play.
I wanted to maximize my gear¹s performance but became frustrated carting around wet towels, brushes, and water bottles on the course. I could find nothing that incorporated all of these cleaning tools into one sleek piece of equipmentLate one summer afternoon when my towel had dried out, my copper brush was worn out, and I had cottonmouth, the solution became clear: a small, convenient and well designed co2 cartridge that incorporated the moisture of a wet towel, the scrubbing of a wire brush, and the effectiveness of a spit shine in one beautiful, efficient design.
I was five months into development when I saw Steve Williams drop Tiger's nine iron into the pond at the 2006 Ryder Cup trying to get his towel wet.
