Got the Shoe Blues...Maybe I can help!
I love shoes. I have over the years encountered ever kind of shoe problem. Maybe I can help you out with what I have learned!
Problem: Shoe Farting or suction release of your shoes when you walk…….man I hate this.
How to fix it: Dr. Scholl's® Moleskin Plus Padding Roll
I just locate the area causing the farting and I cut a piece to fit and put it in the shoe. Bam…fixed. This stuff is great because it is thin so it does not change the fit if the shoe.
If you do need some change it does come in thicker versions.
This stuff works great on area where something is poking you in the foot. Just cover it and problem gone.
Problem: Your heels slide out of your shoes.
How to Fix: Dr. Scholl's® Heel Liners….not the gel kind…they don't stay in place and roll up.
I find this brand does not crumble after time.
Ladies……if a pair of shoes feels a little tight in your normal size….go up a ½ size and then buy these. Those shoes fixed and perfect fit.
Plus if they only have the shoes in the bigger size and not yours…..these make them the right size.
Problem: Shoes a Little Tight
How to fix it: Take it to a professional shoe repair. They can stretch it some and make them the prefect fit. It cost me about $7.....Worth every penny. You can try the shoe stretch spray with a pair of socks on....but I don't like to go through the pain that can lead to.
Problem: Shoes rubbing the wrong way
How to fix it: Band-Aid Brand Blister Block
Just rub this on if you know your shoe normally rubs a spot then it will not be a problem.
Life savers this stuff…..always carry in your purse.
Problem: Foot goes too far forward in shoes…..not cool to have toes hang over ladies
How to fix it: Dr. Scholl's® For Her Ball of Foot Cushions...the gel kind only
Not only do you get more cushion but it stops the toe hang over. OR you can go with Foot Pedals sole pads plus add a piece of Dr. Scholl's® MoleForm cut to size under the strap or toe box. This helps keep toes in place.
Or it might be time to sell those babies and get the right style and fit for you....sometimes we have to sacrifice.
Problem: Heels slides too much in boots
How to fix it: Dr. Scholl's® Massaging Gel Heel Cushions
I find this normally stops it but sometimes have to go with whole insert.
If your boots are a little too big I wear ankle socks and put normal socks over them and then less sliding plus the whole shoe inserts if needed.
Problem: A pesky scuff mark on your Fav Patent Leather Shoes
How to fix it: NAIL POLISH REMOVER. Take a Q-tip and dip it in Remover (does not matter what kind) and rub it on scuff. Quickly take a damp cloth, rub clean and dry.
Problem: Jeans transfer onto your heels
How to fix it: Kiwi Select Complete revitalizing Kit. Cleans it right off.
Well I just thought I would spread the word. Oh and no I do not own stock in Dr. Scholl's® ......I Just think their stuff works better. :)
