I have been on eBay since 1999, with over 2000 satisfied customers.  I sell mainly toys, games and Magic: the Gathering cards from my own and my brother’s personal collections, and sometimes my friends as well!  I am very active on the Magic: the Gathering scene here in my city, trying my best at local tournaments with my own rogue decks.

Shipping & Handling Policy

I do not ship to Italy or Spain.  For some reason, I have had some items never reach their intended destination, and I am not the only eBay seller who will not ship to these countries.  I have heard some horror stories about shipping to Italy and Spain, from fraudulent purchases and claims, to the customs policy of these countries not accepting imports of toys (my main product).  I am not a lawyer (or a gossip), so I cannot confirm that either of these rumors are true, but due to past experience,  I am not willing to ship to these countries.

Please be aware that some shipments may take some time to arrive to your location.  For parcels larger than an envelope, they sometimes get stopped by customs.  Although I list primarily on eBay.com, the U.S site, I am located and shipping from Canada.  The vast majority of my items ship very quickly, so chances are good that your item will not be delayed.

I use primarily use Canada Post as my shipping service, and if your item has a tracking number, you can use it on www.canadapost.com.  Please be aware that if you do not ask for tracking BEFORE you pay, I am under no obligation to provide one – tracking numbers tend to cost extra for some items.

I will be happy to combine shipping for you!  On my collectible card auctions, I normally indicate how much each additional card auction will cost you in combined shipping and handling (usually for 1-4 additional cards), and on my comic book auctions, I will normally indicate how much each additional comic book auction won will cost.  My S&H costs for auctions of toys and games (i.e., items I have to ship via parcel shipping) are calculated after you've won the auction and depends on where you live, so you pay the actual cost.

If you win multiple auctions of different types (i.e. a comic book and a collection of Pokémon toys), please contact me and I will be happy to combine shipping for you at the best possible rate.

Please do not try to negotiate the shipping and handling charges with me after you have won the auction!  My collectable card and comic book auctions are very competitive with other eBay sellers, and the costs for larger items are calculated using the Canada Post website and are the best price I can give you!  I am not looking to make a profit on my S&H charges.

Feedback Policy

I use an automated system for leaving feedback, which leaves positive feedback AFTER you leave me positive feedback.  Feedback is an excellent tool for both buyers and sellers, and I view the reception of positive feedback as an indication that you have received your item and are pleased with it.  You can email me to remind me to leave you a positive, but rest assured that you will receive a postive after you do the same for me.

As a courtesy, please contact me if you have ANY problems with your purchase BEFORE leaving negative feedback.  Although I do not want anything but positive feedback, the main reason I ask for communication is to ensure that you get what you want and you are happy.  I will try my best to resolve your issue.

Payment

Generally, Paypal is the usually the best and only option.  I do not take checks – they take WAY too long to clear, and I want to send your item in a timely fashion.  Paypal costs me some money (not you), but is the faster and easiest way to get your item and gives you a better shopping experience.
