My name is Jo Ellen and I collect yarn, continually adding to my stash. If youe a knitter or crocheter, you might find my website, http://www.yarnbazaar.com, handy. It full of yarn, patterns, knitting needles and needle cases.

I started this store in 2004 as my only source of income after being a Software Engineer for the last 20 some years whose job was shipped overseas back in 2001. We now have 2 children in college, and you know what that means!

I frequently get new shipments of knitting and crochet goodies in, so if you'd like to keep updated on what's new, add me to your Favorite Sellers list. I send out occasional e-mails, and of course you can choose whether or not to receive them.

SHIPPING

I do combine shipping on multiple items within a 7-day period. I don profit from the shipping charges. Only in-stock items are listed on eBay so items ship within 1 business day of confirmed payment and usually are delivered 3-4 business days after that.

All USPS packages are tracked using electronic Delivery confirmation; which is included at no cost to you.

Insurance is optional, but seller is not responsible for lost items or damage in transit.

PAYMENTS

Payment is accepted via Paypal, Money Order and Cashier Check within 7 days of auction close. Paypal e-checks, personal checks and money orders have a 10-day waiting period for the check to clear before orders will be shipped.

RETURNS

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. Returns are accepted within 10 days so long as you let me know in advance that youe sending a return. I will refund the full purchase price (not including shipping), for returned items postmarked within 10 days of receipt. They must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. Shipping is refunded for items with defects.

I are sorry, but I cannot accept returns for books, patterns, or needles. I only accept returns of needles provided that the needles are defective due to a manufacturer's error.

In addition to very accurate and complete product descriptions, FAST shipping and great communication; I believe in treating my customers fairly and with respect.
