INTRODUCTION
Hello... I am the Co-Op Dude. For many, many years, I managed a top-notch independent record store in the midwest. Thus, my personal collection of LPs, CDs, and general rock memorabilia has grown quite large over the years. One of these days, I would actually like to move out of my apartment, and that is where you come in. You see... we can help each other out here. Hopefully, I can provide you with that special piece of music history, and you can help me out by making my load a little lighter.
LPs
All LPs are from my own personal collection. They have been stored in 3-mil mylar LP sleeves upright, vertically, and at room temperature in a smoke-free environment with the rest of my records.
T-SHIRTS
All T-shirts have been stored in a smoke-free environment waiting patiently to find a new home. Although NEW rock T-shirts are not always accompanied by a tag, they are guaranteed to be brand new. They come straight out of the factory boxes they were shipped in to your front door.
POSTERS
All posters come factory rolled and sealed and are shipped in heavy duty poster-tube mailers for optimum security. (Sorry... no international sales on posters!)
PAYMENT
Payment is due within ten days, or the item will be relisted. ***I accept Paypal & money orders/cashier checks. (International bidders must pay using Paypal!)*** Please note: When using Paypal, I prefer to ship to "Confirmed" Paypal addresses! (Only use an "unconfirmed" Paypal address if you are willing to do so at your own risk!)
RETURNS
I have a feeling you will be quite pleased with your purchase. However, if there is a problem, returns within the USA are NEGOTIABLE and will be provided in the form of product replacement (or cash back if the item is out of stock). I must be contacted within three business days of the delivery confirmation if there is a problem of any kind or to negotiate a return. Returns must be received within seven days in the same condition it was sold in. (New LPs must still be sealed, new T-shirts must still be new, unworn, and unwashed, posters must still be factory-rolled and sealed, etc.) Unless there was a mistake made or a problem on the selling end, shipping and packaging fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is also responsible for any return shipping charges. All international orders are non-returnable/non-refundable, so buy at your own risk!
SHIPPING
Please note: Domestic shipping is only $1.99 per additional item! (Sorry... shipping discounts cannot be offered on posters, because each poster has to be mailed in its own individual heavy duty poster-tube mailer...)
Although USPS rates have gone up considerably as of 05/14/2007, it is still the most economic way to go. I take extra care in the packaging and shipping of all items. I have been told several times I "pack like a tank"! LPs are shipped using USPS media mail. I use LP mailers and plenty of cardboard for extra backing to help guarantee the safe arrival of your record(s). Each new LP is accompanied by a new 3-mil mylar sleeve for better protection and storage. Used LPs are shipped in a 3-mil mylar sleeve with the LPs, themselves, in plain white sleeves on the outside of the album jacket to help prevent seam splits during transit. Posters, t-shirts, CDs, etc. are all shipped using USPS first class mail and are packaged in the safest way possible.
I know how I like things to be be packaged, and therefore I want to give you the same sense of security. There are other sellers shipping similar products for less, but I guarantee they are neither putting the amount of shipping supplies nor the amount of time into the safe arrival of your product that I am.
I print shipping labels directly from eBay and/or Paypal, so please make sure both your eBay as well as your Paypal shipping addresses are correct. When paying via Paypal, make sure you are using a "confirmed" Paypal address. (I cannot be held responsible for lost packages to "unconfirmed" Paypal shipping addresses or shipping addresses that were miskeyed or not updated by a customer...)
INSURANCE
Insurance is optional but always recommended. I cannot be held responsible for mishandling or damages made by postal workers.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
When making your purchase, please wait for me to send you an invoice with the correct shipping fee before making your Paypal payment. (I am always very prompt about sending invoices within one business day.) All shipping fees are based on the actual weight of the package and the cost of packing materials. I prefer to ship using USPS priority mail international and global express mail international. (As of 05/14/2007, the USPS has completely done away with economy/surface mail. Priority or express mail international is required on packages greater than four pounds. Both of these shipping options are automatically trackable and insured. The cheaper, uninsured, and non-trackable USPS first class international rate may be used on packages less than four pounds, but please do so at your own risk. I apologize for the inconvenience...) All international buyers must pay using Paypal and, as stated previously, I always prefer to ship to a "confirmed" Paypal address. There are no returns/refunds on international orders, so buy at your own risk. I will not alter monetary values on customs forms, so please do not ask.
COMMUNICATION & FEEDBACK
I am completely confident any sale made through my eBay store can be a positive experience for both of us. Communication is the key. Please inform me of ANY problem before leaving negative or even neutral feedback. Even if there is that very rare "bump in the road" along the way, I am sure we can come to a mutual agreement in order to make our transaction together a positive one. Please leave positive feedback once our sale is completed, and your product has been received according to expectations. That lets me know you are a satisfied customer, and I will, in turn, gladly leave positive remarks for you as well. (Due to the fact that I always have 20-30 pages of sales to go through at any given time, I tend to get caught up on "feedbacking" a couple of times per month. Rest assured, any positive feedback left for me will be reciprocated by me to you, the customer...)
