I am a recent stay at home mom who has been bitten by the fusing bug!! I am constantly lying awake at night dreaming up new designs and ways of transmitting the beauty of dichroic in as many different forms as I can conjure up!
I previously worked full time in a fabulous glass shop and am still there only for a few hours on Saturdays. This is a source of constant inspiration as I see fusers come in with their wonderful designs and beautiful artwork.
During the day, every square inch of my glass studio (kitchen) is aflurry with glass, equipment and whatever it takes to invent new creations. It is an absolute love of mine and I try extremely hard to instill quality and beauty in my work. Each piece is carefully cut, ground, glued, stacked and fired until just the right look is achieved. After it comes out of the kiln, is it ground, added to and then fire polished (re-fired in the kiln) again and again if needed.
This jewelry is truly a show stopper and every time I wear a piece, I am constantly asked, hat is it made of?and here can I get one?
The fire and beauty of glass and dichroic is difficult to transmit online and only when you receive the piece, can you truly enjoy the sparkle that only this kind of jewelry can have.
ENJOY and let me know what you think!!
