Q.
Can I get this Item in a specific
size?
A.
Yes of course! The majority of our Items are designed
to fit a range of sizes, however, you can request a particular
size if you supply us with correct information ie. Item
number, description and colour etc. Because we also do
Wholesale Sales we can oblige.
Q.
What
payment methods do you accept? A.
You can locate payment methods
beneath the Payment section. Our secure Checkout keeps your
payment and order information together for fast, accurate
shipping. Upon completion of Checkout, you will be redirected
to PayPal's website for Paypal payments. (We only
accept PayPal for International Sales. For Australian Sales we
accept PayPal or ANZ Bank deposits, see Checkout for Account
details).
Q.
Why can’t purchases made in different Currencies be
shown on the one eBay Invoice?
A.
Currently, eBay do NOT combine purchases in different
currencies onto the one Invoice. Unfortunately, a separate
Invoice is issued for each currency.
Q.
Why is my Item being posted from Thailand when you are shown as
being Registered in Australia?
A.
Yes, we are Registered in Australia but I reside in
Thailand where I
manufacture, process and source my products for
sale.

How much are the shipping and
postage charges?
A.
You can locate your shipping
and combined charge in the Listing and beneath the Shipping
description. Please note our listed rates are calculated on
SAL Economy Air, Registered Mail unless you request otherwise.
We can send to you via Airmail,
EMS or Commercial Express Courier if
desired. Please contact us.
Q.
Do you combine shipping and how
long do I have to combine?
A.
No, but we do combine postage
on multiple items to help you save! (The 1st item
invoiced is at full rate with a AU$4 discount on the
2nd and subsequent items purchased). If you are
purchasing multiple items our Checkout system will
automatically consolidate your purchases. Just be sure to wait
until all your items end then advise us and we will Combine
your Purchases into one Invoice and send to you, before
completing Checkout. Your total payment is required within 14
days of the completion of you
purchasing.
Q.
Why does it take about 20 Working Days for my Item to
arrive?
A.
Due to the handling and dispatch systems of the Postal
Services of two countries. This is the
time-frame as stipulated for this postal option. Sometimes the
item gets to you quicker and of course sometimes later. This
is the most criticized point for any Seller, and we ask you
the buyer to be patient as this area is beyond our
control.

Is Tracking available for my
Item?
A.
Tracking is NOT
available for Economy Air (SAL). To have Tracking you would
need to upgrade the Postal option to EMS of choose a Commercial Express
Courier Service. However, we do our utmost to make a speedy
and secure delivery by Registering ALL
postal items. (You will need to sign for it at your local Post
Office in your country).
Q.
Some Postage costs seem
expensive?
A.
We post to ALL World Zones. Each item we post is
weighed and the cost of posting is calculated purely on the
Gross weight of the package.
Q.
What is my order status and has
my merchandise been shipped? A.
We keep you informed to make
sure you always know what's happening. End of Transaction
email detailing all your purchase information. Payment
Received email so that you know we have received your payment.
Item Shipped email advising your merchandise was shipped the
next working day after payment was received. (We post 6
days per week).

What is the conversion rate of my
money? A.

Q.
Why have I received a Non-paying
Bidder notification? A.
As we are volume sellers, it
is not possible for us to contact every customer where payment
has not been made timely in accordance with eBays guidelines.
If payment is not received within 7 days, you may receive a
reminder to pay for your auction. If payment is not received
after 10 days, we have to cancel the sale in order to recover
listing fees.
Q.
Who is responsible for Customs
Fees?
A.
It is the
responsibility of you the Buyer to pay any other related fees
that may be levied or charged by the Customs Authoritiy in
your Country.
