Welcome to our about me page. We have been involved the radio control hobby for over 15 years and have a knowledgeable staff to help you get the right parts the first time and provide excellent customer service.

You can email us at ebaysales@hobbieguyrc.com. Our hours are 10am - 5pm Monday thru Friday Central Time.
When will my item be sent?
If your item or items are paid for by 2pm Mountain Time they will be in the mail the same day. If your item or items are paid for later than 2pm they will be sent the next business day. We are only open Monday-Friday 9-5 and don't send packages on the weekends.
How will my item be sent?
About 99% of our items are sent with USPS First Class of Priority Mail. If you have a day that you need an item by please email us and we can make sure that you receive it by the desired date. If your order is too heavy to be sent with USPS it will be sent with UPS.
When will we leave you feedback?
When you receive your items please leave us feedback to let us know that you have received the package. As soon as we have received feedback we will leave it for you. If you are just starting out and need your feedback score to be higher send us an email and we can leave you feedback at any time.
What if I have a problem with my order or an item?
We are an authorized dealer and can help you out with most warranty issues. Although most warranties are handled by the manufacturer we can provide all of the information you'll need to properly file a warranty issue.
When will my email be answered?
We answer all emails within 24 hours. If you have emailed us and don't receive a response within 24 hours please send a question through ebay to insure that we will receive your email. We might respond to emails over the weekend and might not be available for immediate response during the weekends.
If I'm paying with a money order what do I need to include?
If you're paying with a money order please make sure to INCLUDE the item number, shipping address, and email address with your payment. If you include these with your payment it will insure that your order is processed quickly and in the mail to you.
