I try to ship at least twice a week but my 'real' work is being on call and sometimes I get called out of town. I try to ship as fast as I can at a reasonable cost for the item, however sometimes it takes longer than is expected. If you are giving an item as a gift or have a deadline, please let me know so that I can make any arrangements needed to get it to you as fast as possible. I cannot be responsible for how long the post office or Federal Express takes but, if you let me know before the item is mailed, we might be able to avoid unnecessary delays.

Also, for the winners, please email your name and shipping address (if you have not been thru Checkout or paid via Paypal - they send me the address) and a notation if you want insurance purchased. I print this information directly onto the address label that goes on the box. It eliminates errors and gets your package to you faster.

FOR THE HOLIDAYS I will be offering gift wrapping services on jewelry items for between $1.00 to $1.50 each ($1.50 if it is for a set requiring two boxes such as a brooch and earrings set and put in a gift bag). $1.00 charge will include a jewelry box with cotton in it (either the standard gold or standard silver box) and either wrapping it in green foil, red foil or (if it is a smaller item such as earrings or small bracelet, small pin, etc.) I have some cute little gift bags with a red bow design on them (they do have a tag on them that says "A Gift For You". If you would like to see a picture of the gift wrap or bags, please email me and I will send it to you. Thank you!
