addition to the terms outlined in
EBay’s user agreement. If you have any questions about

eBay has very strict policies regarding bids retractions.
Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay and will receive
negative feedback. Additionally, in accordance with eBay
policy, we reserve the right to refuse delinquent payments.

Regarding Spam Filters
Tracking information and other mail regarding your questions
or purchases may sometimes be incorrectly classified as spam
or bulk mail by some email clients. Check your bulk folders
frequently. If we require a response and don't receive one,
we can only assume we are being ignored and will proceed
accordingly
Shipping Information
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your items ship.
Standard shipping rates apply for ground shipping within the
lower 48 states only.
If you are purchasing multiple items, we
can combine the weight.

Additional Information
Many items can be shipped the same or next business day
after we receive your payment, but in some cases may take up
to three business days. Most items will be shipped via UPS
unless otherwise noted. Standard shipping rates include
insurance for the first hundred dollar. Shipping discounts
are often available when purchasing multiple items. You may
request an invoice for your purchases prior to sending
payment.

Local Pickup
Local pickup and payment are available at
no charge, and by appointment only.
Arrangements for pickup must be made via e-mail and
at least a day in advance. Items must be paid for and
picked up within 7 days. You must bring a printed copy of
your winning bidder notification for your purchase price to
be honored, as some items may also be for sale in our retail
store. If using PayPal, please submit payment after
requesting an invoice to avoid unnecessary shipping charges.
International Shipping
Due to the difficulties associated with
collecting duties & taxes, we are no longer able to offer
international shipping. unless otherwise noted. If in doubt,
please send us your Country address and request price and
availability before bidding.

Buyers
must notify us via e-mail of your
intended payment method within 72 hours
of auction's end. PayPal and Credit Card
payments are due within 72 hours and do not
require advanced notice. You may declare your
payment method by selecting "Pay Now" for the
items you have purchased. Please review all

close. E-checks, which take several days to clear, are also

confirmed United States addresses.
Items will only be shipped to your confirmed address. For
security purposes, shipping to alternate addresses is not
available.

Checks
(personal or
business)
Please include
a copy of your winning bidder notification from eBay when
sending your payment. Your payment must be received within
10 calendar days of the auction's close. Please allow
adequate time for US mail. You are strongly advised to send
your payment via Certified Mail or purchase delivery
confirmation. We are NOT responsible for lost payments. For
personal checks, you must include your Drivers license
number, issuing state, and date of birth on your check. This
information is required by most retail stores, and we are no
different. Checks missing this information cannot be
processed and will delay your shipment. Please PRINT
clearly. For security purposes, items will only be shipped
to the address as it appears on the check. Personal checks
can usually be processed electronically and will be returned
with your shipment.
Counter checks
will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Money Order / Cashier's Check
At your option, you may wire the money to us through Western
Union or send a paper money order using the issuer of your
choice. Wired payments should be sent within 5 calendar days
of auction's close. Be sure to include a copy of your
winning bidder notification from eBay which shows your name
and shipping address when mailing your payment. Mailed
payments must be received within 10 calendar days of the
auction's close. Please allow adequate time for delivery.
You are strongly advised to send your payment via Certified

responsible for lost payments. Please verify that the

While most payments are approved within 24 hours of receipt,

Warranty Information
No warranties except as stated in the auction description.
Any items which include a DOA warranty and DOA will be
issued a full refund after the merchandise is returned to us
and its status verified. Any damage resulting from, or
appearing to be the result of misuse or maltreatment of the
product will void the warranty. Poor packaging for the
return shipment will also void the warranty, and the item
will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense, or a
partial refund may be granted (less damages and shipping
charges) at our discretion. Keep and re-use the
original packing materials, as we cannot assume
responsibility for damaged packages that you ship.
Additional charges for non-standard shipping are
non-refundable. CPCAM and only CPCAM products are covered
under the term and conditions listed below

U.S. Security Solutions RMA Request Policy
Return of Merchandise Procedure
U.S. Security Solutions. support staff is available to
assist its customer in
determining whether the product is defective, prior to it's
return. Based on the circumstances, we may be able to
provide a recommended phone fix.
An RMA Authorization number MUST be obtained PRIOR to
returning any product. Customer and product information is
required to process an RMA. Please phone or fax for your RMA
request to obtain an RMA number which will valid for 7 days.
The RMA number does not guarantee that you will receive
warranty service, replacements or that credit will be
approved. Returns not conforming to the appropriate
procedures will be returned to you, freight collect. We will
not accept a product that is returned not in original
packaging, marked, or physically damaged.
Returning Products To U.S. Security Solutions.
Proof of Purchase MUST be included with the shipment,
quoting the invoice number. A detailed description of the
problem will speed up the repair/replacement turnaround
time. Products must be in their original packaging material
and box, all undamaged and unmarked, including anti-static
bags, manuals and cables, if originally included. Improperly
packaged product is frequently damaged in transit,
requiring U.S. Security Solutions. to refuse your shipment
within 48 hours. Enclose your RMA number(s) with your
shipment.
NOTE: Shipments to U.S. Security Solutions. MUST BE PREPAID
TO DOOR WITH THE RMA NUMBER ON THE LABEL. Product that has
been deliberately marked by the customer(s) for ID purposes
will not be accepted for replacement. We recommend a small,
easy-to-remove sticker be utilized for ID purposes, to show
invoice number, invoice date, etc.
Receiving Your Repaired Or Replaced Product U.S. Security Solutions. will ship your replacement right to your door,
freight collect by a carrier of your choice.
Inquiries
When making inquiries, always refer to your RMA number.
Please allow us at least 3 days, following receipt, to
process the returns.
Returns For Credit
Returns within 7 days of purchase must be pre-authorized by
contacting your U.S. Security Solutions. Account Manager and
are only acceptable when in "NEW", resalable condition with
original boxes unmarked. A 25% restocking fee will applied
based on the item's purchase price.
Returns after 7 days of purchase will only be entitled to
repairs or exchange.
DOA Merchandise
DOA product will be immediately repaired or replaced by U.S. Security Solutions. during the first 7 days from our
invoice date. If U.S. Security Solutions. can not repair or
replace the item promptly, you will have the option to take
a similar product at equal value or a credit. Original,
unmarked packaging is required
No Fault Found
"No Fault Found" returns will be subject to a $25.00
inspection and handling charge. The merchandise then will be
shipped to your door, freight collect by a carrier of your
choice (if applicable).
Off Warranty Service
Off warranty service will be provided at $75 per hour for
labor, plus parts and shipping cost.
