 We make every effort to ship all items within 3 business days of the receipt of payment (not including weekends/Federal Holidays) and all of our shipping is done through UPS Ground and various LTL freight carriers (for heavy freight.) All LTL Freight deliveries are curbside delivery only. In home delivery is not currently available. Shipping Insurance is included in the Shipping Charges. PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING RATES QUOTED ON EBAY ARE FOR CONTIGUOUS USA ONLY. ALL ALASKA AND HAWAII ORDERS WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING CHARGES. PLEASE EMAIL PRIOR TO BIDDING. Adding Items If you would like to add items once you have won an auction or completed a Buy it Now DO NOT PAY when you receive our automated checkout email. Please email us at ebay@homeclick.com with the items you would like to add and we will adjust your invoice and email an updated link to our secure checkout. We cannot add items to the same invoice once you have submitted payment through checkout. Combining Shipping Shipping & Handling charges are combined at HomeClick sole discretion. Generally, shipping & handling is charged per item unless items ship in the same box at the same time. Smaller items such as faucets and accessories will not be combined with larger items, like sinks and toilets, which are sealed by the manufacturer. To return a product, you must call us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by filling out our return authorization form or calling toll free our Customer Service at (888) 837-5313. You can only request a RA# within 30 days after you receive shipment. Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RA# may be refused and/or subject to a 50% restocking fee. Refused orders shipped by common freight carrier will be subject to 50% restocking fee and a $119 freight refusal fee. You must return products within 30 days after the RA# is issued. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY HomeClick. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED. There is a 15% restocking fee on merchandise returned for any reason other than a product defect or damage.Shortages/Damages/Defects If your product is received damaged or defective we will take one of the following actions:
DO NOT CALL A TECHNICIAN TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT ON YOUR OWN. You will be responsible for the costs of any service calls, unless we send the technician to you as specified above. Additionally, manufacturer warranties may be voided if the service technician is not certified by the manufacturer. Open Box Items: You have NOT purchased an "open box" item from us on eBay unless it was clearly stated in our eBay listing. If you have, our "open box" items are 100% guaranteed! If for any reason the item is received damaged, in any way, you will receive a full refund. However, due to the drastically discounted price of the items, we are unable to replace any "open box" item with a brand new item of the same model. back to top |
