How do I purchase an item? To purchase an item on eBay you either 1) need to bid on the item within an auction setting (and win the auction with the highest bid) or 2) click on the "Buy It Now" button in a fixed price setting. Follow the instructions to get through. You will then be notified within 24 hours via email with instructions on how to complete the transaction.
What is your Shipping Policy? (1) All orders will be shipped out within 2 to 5 working days. Please allow another 2 to 5 working days for delivery. We normally use the US post office's Priority Mail or FedEx ground service according to the destination and the size of the parcel. Extremely large items such as artificial trees may require the use of a trucking company. (2) Shipping costs are determined by each shipping carrier's real-time computer system according to the actual weight of individual and multiple orders. Since many of our items are light in weight, ordering extra light items may not require additional shipping charge or only adding a little charge. However, all international shipping is subject to a $10 special handling charge per shipment. (3) For some countries you could not find the shipping charge from our shopping cart system or you have question about it, please contact with us for the information before ordering. (4) All international shipping must be made by a traceable shipping service, such as the Global Express (EMS) by the post office. Otherwise the non-delivery risks will be on the buyers. (5) We strive to fill every order we receive, but occasionally some items might go out of stock before we know it. In this case, you may order a substitute item or we will refund your money immediately.
What is your Return Policy? We offer a money back guarantee on all our products. Here's how: (1) Defective merchandise: It is our policy to always double check our products before shipping. However, if you receive a defective item, please email or call us within 7 days to obtain an authorization code before returning it. Please write down this code on the outside of the shipping carton and send it back to us. We will ship a new replacement to you immediately upon receiving the defective merchandise. Or we will send you a refund immediately if a replacement is unavailable. (2) For non-defective merchandise: Returns will also be accepted within 7 days after you have received the merchandise. The merchandise must be in unused condition. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged to your account. The shipping & handling charge is not refundable in this case. Please email or call us for obtaining a return authorization code before returning.
