HomeWares, LLC First off, thank you for visiting!  With all the great sellers and deals out there, we are proud that you may be considering us.  We have actually been in business for several years and just recently made the transition to eBay.  As you browse through our store, you will find that most of the items we sell are brand new.  We have partnered with many different suppliers and manufacturers to bring everything into one easy-to-use place for you, our customer.  As you can see, the products we carry are top-of-the-line items.  We feel very passionately that if you buy something, buy it once.  Also, everything here is backed by our suppliers' respective warranties and we fascilitate exchanges/refunds on your behalf.  If you have any trouble with an item, please contact us immediately so we can fix the issue.  We want your business and will work hard to keep it. Most of the items we have here are for our pets.  Everyone on our staff is an animal lover and we have tested or currently own these products ourselves.  My personal favorite, though, is that Drinkwell fountain.  We have 2 cats that used to jump into the bathtub after a shower or up into the sink looking for fresh water.  When I heard about this device, I immediately contacted the company and ordered a few.  Let me tell you, once they got accustomed to it, they started(and still do)put their ENTIRE head under the water flow.  I've never heard of cats really loving water, but these do!  Everytime someone comes over, it's a great conversation piece - especially when they do it in front of someone else.  If I can get a picture of it, I will post it up here somewhere. We have seen explosive growth since becoming a member of eBay and want to thank all of our customers for their support. We are now shipping many items overseas and would like to take a minute to mention a few things. First off, shipping times are around 7 business days for most overseas shipments. Many of our partners will not ship outside of the USA and if they do it is extremely expensive. We arrange to ship all items via USPS which saves you money. Second, we will ship most everything in our store to most every country in the world, however, you are responsible for knowing what is allowed to be imported into your respective country. With all of the countries and regulations on imports, we cannot keep track of them all nor will we be held responsible if customs confiscates an item that is illegal in your country. If this should happen, and the item can be arranged for return to us, you will be credited item price only - no shipping charges will be refunded. Lastly, if you are unsure if we will ship an item to you, please ask us - we try to return all emails within 12 hours(most much sooner).
