Payment

Shipping Policy

• This item will be shipped from Hong Kong.
• Upon receiving your payment, item(s) will be shipped within 24 working hours.
• To avoid delay caused by delivery failure, please make sure your detailed address and full name registered on your PayPal account are both correct.
• If you want the item to be shipped to an address different from your PayPal account, please inform us by emai before payment.
• Since items cannot be delivered to a PO BOX, if your confirmed Paypal address is a PO BOX, please email us the delivery address before payment.
• Tracking number will be sent to your email after dispatching.
• For combined purchases within 7 days, we offer combined shipping discount by charging the highest shipping cost and offering 10% discount on shipping cost for each additional item.
• We ship by Hongkong Post Airmail or SpeedPost.

Warranty Policy

• 12-month decent warranty services will be provided for all purchase excluding accessories.
• All shipping costs will be subjected to buyer's responsibility.
• After the warranty period, customer can use our local repair services but it is not free.
  Customer need to bear the costs incurred (including service charges, shipping costs, or any cost of new components).

Exchange, Refund and Return Guidelines

• We offer a 7-day exchange and refund policy for defective items and unsatisfactory purchase.
  
• Replacement item(s) or reimbursement(s) will be settled within 7 days from the day the customers received the original item(s).
• For refund cases, 10% of the purchase price will be deducted in the reimbursement as our administration charges.
• Return shipping costs are refundable only for successful exchange cases, i.e. for refund or non-valid exchange cases, customers should be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The return guidelines are as follows:-

• The item(s) must be returned in new condition and with all original manufacturer's packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals, blank warranty cards.
• All return item(s) must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. We are not responsible and do not accept any damages during the return delivery.

Tax Policy

• Customers are not responsible for any export duties.
• Unless special request is made, we mark all items as GIFT(S) with no commercial value (N.C.V.) on the customs papers. In this case, neither invoice nor receipt will be included in the package.
• We always do our best to avoid delays during clearance and legally minimize or eliminate your import duties and taxes expenses.
• In any cases, we will not be responsible for any import duties and taxes (e.g. GST, V.A.T.).

Payment Information, Bidding Policy on eBay & Terms

• To ensure buyers to have a smooth and safe deal, we accept payment through Paypal Verified only.
• Your bid is a contract . Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item.
• If you are the winning bidder, you will enter a legally binding contract to purchase the item. Request on canceling the bids will not be honored.
• Payment must be received within seven days after auction closed.
  
• Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.
• If you wish to combine multiple auctions/purchases for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction/purchase to the last auction/purchases are within seven days.
