I have been an Ebayer since September 7, 1998. During this time I have found many interesting items to purchase for myself and family members, and found how exciting it is to sell different items that we no longer needed.

I have found that most everyone has been a pleasure to do business with, but there are also a couple that have been a challenge.  Everyone needs to make sure that they read the description of the items very carefully, and if they have any questions, Please email me before placing your bid.

Give the seller time to contact you regarding the item, so something can be worked out before negative feedback is left for either one.  I have always worked with my buyers, but on occasion you will find one that has absolutely no patients and expects an answer back immediately,  ebay will give you the seller's information (telephone number etc.) if you request it. 

If you are bidding on items over the holidays, allow extra time for shipping even if an item is sent out priority mail.  There are many factors why you may not receive your item in the designated time.  The last person who left me negative feedback, was an ebay sellers nightmare.

  Before you leave negative feedback, try calling the person if they haven't responded to your emails.  I would contact someone buy phone and try to work something out before leaving negative feedback.  If you are dealing with an honest buyer - seller, these problems can be worked out! 

I started a Secretarial Service out of my home a couple years ago after my divorce to help with our daily expenses.  Most of what I do are personal resumes and letters.  I have also done a couple restaurant menu's and company employee manuals.
