Note: BUSINESS DAYS are ONLY Monday through Friday for USPS mail, so when you look at a calendar DO NOT COUNT SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS. IF YOUR ITEM SHOULD BE PURCHASED JUST BEFORE A HOLIDAY OF THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE THEY MAY ADD ON MANY DAYS TO THAT DELIVERY TIME.

As of October 2008 eBay does not allow sellers to accept money ordrers or personal checks as payment. Sellers have nothing to do with this decision.
We ask that you submit your payment
within three days of the auctions end, unless other arrangements are made before the end of the auction. Sign up for a PayPal account at www.paypal.com. PayPal accepted credit cards are accepted through PayPal only.
When submitting payment, please remember to include your name, address, and item(s) name(s) and auction number(s) of the item(s) covered with your payment.
If you try to pay with a non-confirmed address we will refund your money and re-list the item.
If the item is not paid for on or before the 7th calender day from the end of the auction this item will be relisted and you will receive a non-paying bidder alert.
Shipping and Handling Details
- Delivery time: We make every effort to ship within 24-48 hours of your payment being received or on the next BUSINESS day. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Legal Holidays.
We ship only to your confirmed US registered PayPal shipping address.
Buyer pays all shipping and handling costs.
Shipping and handling costs are based on the following:
- Calculated UPS or USPS rates for the continental USA according to your shipping zip code. WE HAVE NO CONTROL ON THE COST OF SHIPPING TO YOU. The choice of shipping method you choose from my list will determine your cost.

your shipment until a physical street address has been received.
USPS does not offer tracking so paintings, giclees and other items we choose will only be shipped by UPS requiring a signed confirmation of receipt by you.

We will package your purchase with care..
Insurance is required if you are purchasing an original painting or giclee print and will be included in shipping and handling cost. It will be for the selling price, per the current USPS or UPS schedule. Insurance for all other purchases will be optional.
We assume no responsibility for damaged or lost packages. Please opt to insure an item if you have any concerns about not receiving it. We are a reputable business and will NEVER try to rip you off in any way.
Delivery Signature Confirmation Receipt is required on all paintings and giclee prints unless negotiated by us with you.
If you are not home to receive the item it will be taken to a nearby UPS shipping center or USPS Post Office where you can go to sign for it. We do this so we can all be assured of your receiving the item.
Tracking is provided when we ship by UPS only. Note: USPS, DHL, Express mail, Federal Express, Regular First Class, International and Priority mail DO NOT OFFER tracking.
We ship within North America only and do not ship outside the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska.
No international sales at this time.
Illinois purchases are subject to 10.25% sales tax. Yikes!
We are happy to combine items won within the same 3-day period, into a single shipment. Be sure to let us know you are making multiple bids, and wait for a final statement before making payment; multiple payments will negate the combined shipping option. Multiple items can be shipped for single charge. Contact us for details
Will be sent out if we don't get your payment within seven days of the end of the auction. We want to hear from you so all goes well. Upon receipt of your item please email us so we can be assured of your satisfaction.

If you have not paid us on the forth day after an auction ends

Returns will be accepted only when we fail to accurately describe an item or the wrong item is shipped. In such cases please notify us via email as soon as the package arrives. Everything we sell is guaranteed to be described as accurately as we can.
We are committed to the highest level of customer service and offer a pleasant eBay experience. You have 3 days to inspect the item.
If you return the item it must be returned in perfect condition, insured, with no parts missing, in secure packaging.
Simply contact us and we will talk about the return.
All returns require a “Return approval” email from us.
