Please make sure to read over the entire auction before bidding, if there is anything that is unclear or not mentioned in the auction please send a message and I will respond to it as soon as possible.
If you have a rating of 0 or below you MUST CONTACT me before bidding, or else your bid will be canceled. Too many problems with non-paying bidders.
Read through the entire auction before bidding and know what you are bidding on. I will not be responsible if you do not read throught the entire auction!
Paypal and International Money Orders (if outside of Canada, if inside Canada then Canadian Money Order) are accepted as a form of payment. NO OTHER forms are accepted.
Please use the eBay checkout for all transactions. Payment is due 7 Days after the auction ends.
Buyer pays for shipping and handling. This is NOT negotiable, if you do not agree with the price for shipping then please do not bid. All auctions will have the shipping prices stated. If they are not then please message me for shipping price with your Postal Code or Zip Code.
Shipping will be combined for multiple auctions won. The price will reflect the types of items and how many are sold. This will be figured out after the auctions end!
Your item will be shipped 1-2 business days after payment is recieved. Most of the time the items are sent the very same day. If payment is recieved on a weekend or a friday, please note that the item will not be processed to be shipped out until the next business day.
Insurance is included in the shipping but ONLY up to $100 Canadian. If you wish to purchase more insurance for items that add up to over $100 then you may do so. It will be available in the checkout.
If an item is DAMAGED during shipping, Iam not responsible. I always package my items with care, so they are not easily damaged. If your item does arrive damaged please go though the Postal Outlet.
If an item is LOST in the mail, I am not responsible. Your item will come with a Tracking Number! You must go through Canada Post (or which ever other company the item is shipped with) to claim your insurance, or try to locate the item. If the item is lost, please contact me!
Returns are accepted for most items. For items that are FINAL SALE, it will be stated clearly in the auction.
Returns must be made 7 days after the item is recieved. Item will HAVE to be returned to me before a refund is given. A refund will consist of ONLY the price of the item it was won for and in the auction and the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping the item back to me is NOT refunded you will have to cover this yourself.
