The Service You Receive
I offer many horse books and videos that are difficult to find anywhere else. I am a collector myself, and I love to find unusual items. You'll find many first editions, limited editions, and signed copies in my store. Some of these items are virtually impossible to find anywhere else on the Internet.
I try to keep my prices fair. The Internet offers a rapidly changing market, but I do my best to keep up with it. Not only do I watch Ebay listings for horse books, I do Internet searches of thousands of secondhand book stores to determine availability and prices. All my prices are set within fair market range for an item (considering edition and condition) when it's listed, and adjusted periodically thereafter.
I offer accurate descriptions, good packing, and prompt shipping. I am so careful in my descriptions that some buyers say in their feedback that the books are better than described.
I guarantee the accuracy of my listings. If an item is not as described, you can return it for a full refund, including return shipping. (This does not apply to shipping damage on uninsured items, but I have had very good service from USPS so far.)
