I have done my very best from day one to make my eBay transactions fair, prompt, and to promote extreme satisfaction. My feedback record should demonstrate that. Be assured that I will do whatever it takes to keep you happy

Payment methods:

Payment Options: You can pay using credit card, or ATM through Paypal

Sales Tax: I am are required to collect 8.25% within California.

I will combine Shipping on your order, but please pay for all your items with 1 payment.

I WILL ONLY SHIP TO CONFIRMED ADDRESSES! That is the address that your credit card or bank statements are sent to.

I have arranged with all of our carriers to prohibit redirection of packages for any reason. If you are paying via credit card, we will ONLY ship your item to the same address that is listed on your card.

Payment must be received within 3 days of auction's ending or product will be re-listed and non paying bidder will be filed with eBay.

I ship with UPS and USPS

NO Shipping to APO's, FPO's, or P.O. Boxes with UPS.

I ship all items within 1 business day after receiving your cleared payment. Most items shipped the same day if I get payment by 3pm PST.

Outside the U.S.A. Shipping with USPS only  (No UPS to Canada  unless you want to pay extra Customs fees for shipping)

Local Pickups are welcomed

I only take cash for local pickups (NO Paypal for pickups)

Return Exchange/Refund Policy: 

I will only issue a Refund if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped.

If your item does not fit email me through eBay and let me know, I may have another size you can exchange it for but you will have to pay for shipping both ways

(There is NO guarantee that I will have another size, even if you see the size you need on my other auctions I will not stop that auction to exchange your item, I will only exchange if I have it in stock and not listed on eBay)

All Return Exchange Items MUST be in the same condition as stated in the auction, I will not return or exchange items that you have used.

NO Return on items that state damaged in the item description

All questions or concerns should be asked prior to bidding. All auctions are sold as advertised, as is, how is, and without warranty.

My items are not covered under the factory warranty

Feedback/ Finalizing the Bid

I have 1000s of satisfied customers and I leave positive feedbacks for all that do the same for me. I ask that you please read everything here so that we can avoid any problems that might arise from any mis-understandings.

eBay charges me a fee for every listing. After 8 days we are forced to issue a non-paying bidder alert and let eBay know that the item was never paid for. This is done only in the effort to reclaim the fee that was taken. 

Please do not bid on my merchandise unless you intend to follow through with the purchase. Thank you Cindy.
