My Policy
7 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
While I try to describe items the best that I can, I still sometimes overlook things. They are sometimes very minor, and other times I miss a very obvious defect. Because of that, I will gladly send you a refund for any item that you feel was not represented accurately as long as you email me within seven days of receipt. In cases where I do make a mistake and you wish to return the item, the initial shipping and the return shipping will be refunded along with the full bid amount.MORE ABOUT THE GUARANTEE:
My satisfaction guarantee does not cover abuse or mishandling of an item after it arrives. So in most cases I do require that the item be returned for examination before a refund is issued (unless it was insured and damaged in transit, then the item would be handled by whatever the applicable insurace policy states).GRADED REFUNDS:
I also offer graded refunds if you want to keep an item that you feel was not represented accurately. The amount of a graded refund will be determined in a mutually fair way via email. Graded refunds may not be available to members with very low feedback or recent negative feedback. I also reserve the right to refuse graded refunds in any case (regardless of feedback), in which case only a full refund will be available on return of the item.INSURANCE:
Everything is covered regardless. If you want to pay for insurance I won't argue with you, but your item will be covered no matter what. If you pay for insurance and I don't actually insure it, don't worry, I'll pay for it myself if it doesn't arrive alive.BUYER'S REMORSE:
If you return an item due to buyer's remorse, you will be responsible for return shipping and the initial shipping will not be refunded.PAYMENTS:
While I love instant payments, I'm also happy if the payment just gets here in a reasonable amount of time. If it is going to be longer than a reasonable amount of time, just keep in contact with me and let me know what's going on.MORE ABOUT PAYMENTS:
Ebay says Paypal only so I'm going to only accept Paypal for now. Hopefully that policy will loosen up soon and we can get back to checks and money orders along with Paypal.INTERNATIONAL BIDS:
Sometimes I mark things as U.S. only, other times I just forget to mark that international bids are okay, and finally, sometimes I won't accept international bids. If the ad isn't marked that international bids are accepted, please email me before placing a bid.SHIPPING:
I'm usually able to ship several times a week. Not always, but most of the time. You rarely have to wait more than 3 business days for your item to be shipped.FEEDBACK:
I give feedback upon receipt of payment, so if you pay on time, you will get positive feedback. In other words, I don't withhold feedback until I see if what kind of feedback you're going to leave me. Just, please, if you are not completely satisfied then email me. In ten years I've never failed to make a transaction right when I've been given a chance. If you fire off negative or neutral comments without even giving me a chance, sure, I'll still do what's right. But if you contact me first, I'll go above and beyond to make sure you're happy.Thank you,
