Welcome to HRCStore.  Our eBay effort is a family affair and we all get involved.  As the primary force behind getting started, I get to be the spokesperson.  I'm a busy person with a full time job in a local Emergency Room (3 - 12 hour night shifts), a student (Nursing of course) and currently a member of the United States Army Reserve in a Medical Unit (where else).  So if you have contact with HRCStore you might hear from Mom, Dad, brother or me.

We hope everyone is happy with their buying experience with us. We work very hard to find items that may be of interest.  But we look at getting the item to you quickly, safely and at a fair price as being the most important part of what we do.

Our feedback is very important to us as it is the way to keep score in how well we do our job.  Your time to look and bid is understood and appreciated as well.  We try to get our Feedback to our buyers based on their payment rather than wether they leave feedback for us.  Some sellers wait to find out how you like the item to be the trigger of leaving Feedback.  We understand that thought process as well, but choose to make your feedback about response of our buyers.
