Delivery Time:
Orders are processed within 72 hours of receiving them, although most orders are received, processed, and shipped within 24 hours.
If your shipping or billing address are inside the state of Illinois sales tax will be charged to your order at a rate of 8.00% excluding shipping charges
Domestic USA Orders Only. (All sales are final for International orders.)
We accept returns on items that are not closeout or discontinued for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Items that are discontinued or closeout are not returnable. All product and packaging must be in new and unused resalable condition. Shipping is non refundable. All items in which "free shipping" was offered at the time of purchase will be assessed a restocking fee equal to our Shipping & Handling costs.
Lost/Damaged Packages:
If your item(s) were lost or damaged during shipping, after 30 Days for Domestic Shipments and 45 Days for International shipments (Insurance regulations), we will file a claim for a full refund (a signed statement from the buyer is required.)
Please note if payment is made via PayPal on any purchase that exceeds the amount of $100.00 a signature will be required upon delivery and a confirmed address is required.
