Slight to moderate damage to the boards/cover or DJ (slight to moderate shelf wear, chips, tears), DJ not necessarily included (condition of DJ, if included, rated separately), minimal wear to binding, spine square & tight, spine creased, majority of pages undamaged (some creases or tears), some writing, underlining or highlighting, no missing pages (you would use it yourself, but wouldn't necessarily give it as a gift). ACCEPTABLE May be Ex-Library with expected stamps, labels & pockets. Moderate to severe damage to the boards/cover or DJ (such as chips, tears & shelf wear), DJ probably missing, binding may be damaged, spine may be loose or heavily creased, hinge may be damaged, may have extensive writing, underlining or highlighting in text, may have staining on pages (does not obscure text), no significant missing pages but FEP or BEP may be missing (item has been beaten up but it’s still usable/readable).

ALL GARMENTS ARE SHIPPED CLEAN AND READY TO WEAR. I take great care in packing garments but they may be wrinkled from storing and packing. Of course, twist skirts and dresses SHOULD be wrinkled, but they may not be rinkledthe right way. Just dip in cold water and twist to dry.

Looks like it has just left the manufacturer, with NO flaws what so ever. Looks as though it had never been handled. No wear to the cover -- may be an impression (rounded shape in the face of the cover/sleeve) NEAR MINT Virtually flawless but not perfect. A very minor scuff, very hard to see, on the vinyl. Plays without any noise over the flaw. Cover looks close to perfect with only minor signs of wear & or age. Minor impressions to the cover (due to the outer edge of the vinyl resting inside. EXCELLENT Vinyl has minor scuffs which are slightly visible, no scratches. Scuffs cover no more than 15% of the surface. Cover artwork should be almost perfect. Some impression to the cover but no ink wear! Some slight bumping & wear to the corners. No seam splits, writing or taped repairs. VERY GOOD PLUS Vinyl shows wear, surface scuffs & very light scratches. Great luster. Visible flaws. More than 15% (less than 30%) wear. No scratches or skips. Virtually clean cover & artwork (slightly more aging, yellowed, no stains or mildew). Minor wear. No tears or holes. Corners slightly bumped, no crackly bends. VERY GOOD Vinyl well played but has some luster. The vinyl may be faded, slightly grayish. Minor surface noise (crackle or a slight hiss) but only in quiet spots. Worn cover, may be some seam splitting. Ring wear, ink has begun to wear off. Minor writing on the cover. Looks aged & more yellowish. No taped seams or water damage. GOOD Very well played, dull, grayish & abused but still plays. Distracting surface noise, such as crackle that is continuous or some hiss. Some loss of dynamics from worn grooves. No skips or any obtrusively loud pops or repeated clicks. Worn cover, with seam splits (possibly tape repaired) & small magic marker writing on the cover. FAIR/POOR Well used product with well above average wear or fading. Shows considerable use & abuse. Does not meet the lowest grade above (GOOD). May have deep scratches or skips. Cover is worn & torn. GENERAL ITEM CONDITION RATINGS: A"+" after the rating means that it nearly reaches the next rating up. BRAND NEW (with or without tags) Never used. New, unopened product. Original packaging and all original materials including manuals and documentation, if any. No wear or tear and all facets of products flawless and intact. Item is still under warranty, if any. EXCELLENT Could be mistaken for being brand new or is new and still has original manuals, and documentation, if any. Item still in original package OR looks as if it was just taken out of original package. Shows no sign of use. (used < 4 times) VERY GOOD No damage to product, still in working condition, may show signs of light use. May not have original package but does have accompanying manuals or documentation, if any. Minimal wear. (used < 10 times) GREAT Average wear. Shows some signs of use, but still in functioning condition. Item still functions as intended.
