Here's What We Strive For:

○We want all our customers to be satisfied after they make a purchase from us, and in the process we want to have gained the trust of all our customers, maintaining 100% positive feedback.  We do this by supplying great communication.  That means responding to emails within 24 hours.  Staying in contact and helping customers with their transaction until they receive their product.  Keeping shipping and handling charges low, at the same time making shipping as a quick as possible.  To speed up shipping even more, we will ship usually within 1 business day after receiving payment.  And of course, you will always get exactly what you see and read in the item description because I list my items with as much description as possible.

 

 

 

 

Condition Ranks:

Mint (New/Never Used)

Near Mint (Like New/Used a few times/Could be mistaken as new)

Good + / - (You can see wear/scuffs/markings, but is in very good useable condition)

Poor + / - (Much wear/scuffs/markings.  May be missing items/pieces/parts.  May be unusable, or have to be repaired)

-Good and Poor ranks will either have a + or a - following the rank to indicate whether the item is more towards the good condition (indicated by a +), or bad condition (indicated by a -).  Mint and Near Mint do not have these symbols.

Shipping information:

Usually will ship within 1 business day when payment is received (and cleared).  Shipping/handling charges apply to all 48 contiguous states.  HI, AK and PR may require additional shipping charges (paid by you).  Please contact us for quote.  We do not ship anywhere else.  We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service: We ship via USPS First-Class Mail, Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, depending on item and your location.

Shipping insurance: Usually not included in Shipping and Handling.  Delivery confirmation is also usually not included.

 

Other information:

I am sorry but I am not a retail store, I do not accept returns unless lost/stolen/damaged AND have insurance or we have somehow poorly misrepresented an item. 

Please do not leave negative feedback without trying to resolve any problem with us first.

Item must be returned in order to file shipping insurance claim if package is damaged by shipping carrier. I package all my items with the appropriate packing material such as (but not limited to) bubble wrap, packing peanuts, newspapers and/or balloons into boxes or envelopes depending on item.
