PAYMENT POLICY

If payment is not received within 7 days a Non-Pay dispute is filed. We will not accept payments after a dispute has been opened. All payments will be returned and the dispute closed rendering a non-pay strike against the bidder. WE DO NOT RETRACT Non-Pay strikes under ANY circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS. We apologize, but feel we have been forced to take this action due to bidders taking advantage of the new Ebay feedback policy.

Our goal is to exceed your expectations through fast shipping, courteous & responsive customer service and fair pricing on quality products. SHIPPING

We ship with 24 hours after recieving a cleared payment. E-checks will cause a 5-7 day delay until they clear.

SHOE CHARM SHIPPING DISCOUNTS

The first charm ships for $2.15 and each additional .10 unless otherwise noted. In order to receive the discounts all items must be paid for on a SINGLE combined invoice NO EXCEPTIONS. You may either pay when you are completely done shopping and all items should combine automatically with the discount rate or wait for us to issue a single combined invoive within 6-8 hours.

Orders of $25.00 or more of shoe charms ship for free - All other items are excluded from the $25.00 Free shipping

FEEDBACK POLICY

Our policy is to leave feedback after the buyer. We feel our job is complete once the buyer has left feedback indicating they have received their item, they are satisfied with the purchase and the transaction is closed.
