Items for sale: Support: Shipping & Insurance: Most if not all of our items are shipped via USPS with a Delivery Confirmation number unless other wise noted on the listing. USPS uses this service as confirmation that the item has been delivered. This is not a tracking service like UPS or FedEx. Thus the status of the item will remain the same until it is delivered. You can read more details on this service from USPS USPS does not provide tracking or Delivery Confirmation service for international shipments.
No claims for lost items will be considered prior to 21 days after shipment. The post office requires 30 days to file claims, and occasionally we see packages arrive 14-20 days after shipment, or returned to us. Payments: Texas Residents are required to pay an 8.25% Sales Tax for the total prior to the shipping and Handling cost. We are a business and are required by Law to collect sales tax on all items shipped within the State of Please be sure that the payment is reflective of the correct total. This total should include the auction(s) total, correct Shipping and Handling charge, and sales tax (if applicable). If the Final Total is not correct the payment will be refunded. For refunds/exchanges of non defective product I usually do not take returns on. However we will under certain circumstances only. The buyer must ship the item back and when I receive the item I will refund or credit the buyer the bid price only Shipping and Handling Fees are not refundable. In instances where a customer receives an incorrect item due to our fault, we will ship out the corrected item only after the incorrect item is returned to us. We will reimburse customer for return shipping costs at the USPS 1st class rate. We will not take back open games period, except for an exchange of the exact same item because of the game being defective. Even if we shipped the wrong item in error, if item is opened we cannot exchange it. |
