I'm a retired school teacher with a desire to de-clutter my house and yet still pursue my hobby of going to estate sales to find treasures to add to my collections.  My goal is simple, to let you my customers, purchase quality items at reasonable costs to help me offset the cost of my purchases at estate sales.  I often buy box lots at estate sales - usually because there are one or more items in the box that I want for myself.  My dilemma becomes what to do with the rest. I hate to throw away good quality usable items simply because I do not need them.  My answer now is Ebay! I'm pleasantly surprised to find that someone else wants an item that I do not and is willing to pay a fair price.  I continually work hard to keep the quality of the items I list high and the prices competitive.

My newly opened store is named appropriately for I am often surprised at the contents of a box lot.  Recently I purchased what I thought were old books but found that the majority of the box consisted of vintage ads and magazines. I've had many other similar surprises - so you never know what you might find here. I also recently acquired a rather large record collection which I am sorting through and will be listing most of them. I am not a specialty shop but rather a constantly changing variety shop.  I hope you come back and check my inventory frequently to watch for new arrivals!
