            . Shipping costs are calculted figuring our all our costs associated with getting you this product safely and in a timely manner. It is a little more complicated than just going        to the shipping companies website and getting a quote. They do not account for all of the costs of doing business. If you take our product price and add it to the shipping price you will find that you are getting an excellent deal that would be hard to find anywhere else. Please do not bid if you do not agree with these charges .

  • AK, HI, PR, Canada, Military-- Please call or email for quotes to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico AFO, AEO and APO (any Military) addresses as they will be higher

  • NO P.O Boxes--    We ship to physical addresses ONLY. Please do not give us you P.O. Box .(We may make exception if PO box is you confirmed PayPal address on file but additional fee will be charged)

  • INTERNATIONAL--   We will gladly ship to international locations. You must meet our international payment terms and email or call us for shipping quote as it will be higher.  Buyer is responsible for all duties, customs and brokerage fees. Please do not ask us to mark orders as gifts as this is against the law and we are unable to do this.

  • WHEN--   We try and ship all orders on the same day as verified payment is made if it is before 10am CST. Sometimes we might fall a little behind or have an unforeseen issue that delays the process so please work with us as our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. 

  • CONFIRMED--   We will ONLY ship to confirmed billing address when payment is made via credit card or PayPal.  If you want shipment to an address other than the confirmed address, please pay via Money, Order Cashiers Check or Bank Wire Transfer and we will be glad to ship to anywhere you would like.

  • COMBINE--  We do not combine orders as some of our items might ship out of different warehouses across the USA.

  • HOW--   We primarily use UPS and USPS for all shipments. We reserve the right to use whomever we desire. We assure you we will use the most efficient shipper for your order depending on where you are located.

  • UPGRADE--You can upgrade the shipment mode if you want. Just give us a call 832-251-2140 or email us and we will gladly quote you the price of the upgrade.

  • DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS-- Any claim of lost or damaged shipment must be made within 24 hours to us as well as the shipping company. It is the buyers responsibility to file and keep up with the claim but we will help as much as we can. Please keep all evidence until claim is complete.  

  • INSURED-- Due to the nature of the items we sell all items are shipped with insurance. The cost of this will be added during checkout.

  • We also take Cashiers checks, Money Orders, credit cards(see details below ) or Bank Wire Transfers . Some Money Orders and Cashiers Checks may take up to my Business days to verify. All funds must be paid in US currency  When paying via Money Order or Cashiers Check you must include one or all three of the following. Item and Order # wrote on document, Copy of the auction, Copy of the invoice the checkout creates. Failure to do this could seriously delay your order.  
  • We will also take most major credit cards over the telephone. You will be required to verify identity when paying via this method. We will ask you to fax or email a copy of your Drivers liscense  or other ID along with a signed statement stating that you authorize the charges to your card. You will also be asked for certain identifying #'s on the card.  You will be charged a small fee for this service(2.5%)We know that this is a hassle but it is for your protection to keep people from using your card without your permission. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS POLICY PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO PAY THIS WAY.

  • NOTIFICATION-- You should get an email from within 1-24 hours after the close of the auction guiding you step by step through the checkout and payment process. If you do not get this email please give us a call or email us and we will help you.

  •  BUY IT NOW-- When you click on the buy-it-now you are entering in a contract to buy the item listed as stated on the listing. Please do not submit your order unless you intend to buy.

  • HELP ME-- We try and help everybody as soon as possible. If you call us and our phones are busy we do have an answering service. We pick up our messages every hour during the business day. Leave your name and number and the item number in question. Speak clearly! We will return your call asap.

  • ANSWERS-- Although it is usually quicker please allow 24 hours for email answers and returned calls

  • TAX-- Sales Tax of 8.25% must be will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Texas. IT IS THE LAW!

  • TRACKING-- You will get a automatic tracking email one day after you order has shipped. Please do not call the day of purchase or shipment as we will not be able to get it for you. If you do not get the email within a few days of purchase let us know and we will help you.

  • FEEDBACK-- We understand feedback is a very important factor on eBay. If you are going to leave negative feedback please do so AFTER you get your facts straight or we will leave appropriate feedback on you. Many times there are miss communications that can be resolved to our mutual understanding. If we made a mistake we will correct it. We are NOT in the business of FRAUD. So if you are happy with our service please leave us feedback and we will do the same for you.

  • PAYMENTS-- All payments must be received with 5 days of close of auction. If we have not heard from you after 7 days we will file a NON PAYING BIDDER ALERT with EBAY. Three NPB alerts on you account may warrant account suspension. PLEASE PAY!.

  • PICKUPS-- Most orders can be picked up BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Some products are shipped from different locations and cannot be picked up here. Please call 713-785-1170 to find out if your product is available for pickup. No shipping charges will be added but you will be charged a $10 handling fee on each item ordered

  • DEFAULTS-- 15% restocking charges in case of default on bid. This also includes erroneous multiple purchases and returns permitted by us irrespective of the reason of return.

  • CAR STEREO DISCOUNTERS offers a 1 year exchange Warranty on new items and 90 day REPAIR ONLY warranty on factory refurbished products that are "PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED" , Products will be replaced within year of purchase if all below steps all followed. If unit is not a current model or out of stock CAR STEREO DISCOUNTERS reserves the right to send a comparable replacement part.

  • CAR STEREO DISCOUNTERS offers  90 day repair only  warranty on Factory refurbished products and repair charge will be charged to buyer if unit defect id found to be because of abuse, misuse or improper installation  

    HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING

  • We are notified within FIVE(5) days after receipt of the item that it is defective and item is received back to us within a total of  FIFTEEN(15) days from date of receipt Items received after this date will be refused and returned to sender. CAR STEREO DISCOUNTERS will require documentation (receipt) from PROFESSIONAL install shop detailing the problem. THe unit must be returned within 1 year of the original purchase to qualify for warranty.

  • The buyer had the item "bench tested"  prior to a professional installation to discover factory defects. This process costs a couple of dollars and will help prevent a costly uninstall if the unit is factory defective. Just ask the installer to do this and they will know what you are talking about.

  • The item was not abused, blown or damaged by improper installation, water damaged, dropped, etc. Receipt of professional installation is required.

  • Buyer/winner Must email us at SUPPORT@CARSTEREODISCOUNTRS.NET to receive the RMA number and state the Ebay item number, the make and model of the item and the defect.

  • The return is in the original box with all packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and all else that came with it. No cut wires. You will be charged for any missing contents INCLUDING FACTORY BOX. KEEP YOUR BOXES AND MANUALS!!!!  

  • Ship all products back inside an Sturdy Brown Cardboard Box outer box such as you received the product with RMA # wrote on the OUTSIDEof the box in. DO NOT ship in retail box as product will get damaged. Any returns received without RMA# will be Refused.

  • Buyer Must ship item back to us via method that can be tracked at the Buyer's expense. Item must be insured

  • Once we receive the defective merchandise we will replace/repair it and ship it back to the Buyer/winner. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping on all return/defective items. You will be notified of amount at time of RMA issuing For Sales outside of the continental US, the buyer MUST pay for shipping BOTH ways.
