Federal Express and DHL.......All
Items are shipped Ground for the
majority of our residential products.
Large
and or heavy items will be shipped by
ommon carrierand we will notify you
prior to shipment. The Shipping Company
will call you 24 hours prior to
delivery to make an appointment for
residential delivers . Please make sure
that you leave us a phone number where
the driver and we can reach you.
Please
note. On large orders a freight company
will only provide Frontdoor delivery
If you need assistance in transporting
the product inside your home, you will
need to let us know at the time you are
ordering. Unfortunately, there will be
an extra charge of $ 45 dollars

ship Items that are 75 pounds or less

Please inspect your shipment upon
receipt
If you receive the product damaged you
have three (3) busines days to contact
us for an RMA #
We will exchange the product or give
you a full refund for the amount of the

Buyers Remorse:

buy a product with in the first 30 days
and realize you do not like it, you may
be subject to a restocking fee of up to
40 % restocking fee, and shipping return
is paid by the customer.....( 40 %
restocking fee applies is when the
product has to be re packaged )
