Discount: A discount on multiple items purchased on the same day will apply. The highest shipping cost first then a reduced cost for additional items. See auction page for cost or contact me for a quote.
When: Within 24 hrs. of your payment clearing. Tracking: Provided (if available), via email, as soon as your item has shipped.

- RETURNS The auction page takes final precedence. All sales are final, unless otherwise noted on the auction page.
DOA Returns: *Require APPROVAL* In the unlikely even you receive an item DOA, you must contact me via phone (on invoice) within three days of item delivery to acquire return approval and shipping instructions. The item must be returned in unused, as new, as shipped condition with all original packaging and must be received by me within 7 days of delivery to you, else a "25% of purchase price" fee will apply. All DOA returns will be exchanged for the same, if another is available, else a refund will be given including shipping cost. Rejected Delivery: All items rejected at delivery will be subject to a $10.00 fee to recover my s/h cost and an unpaid item strike may be given. Unwanted Items: All sales are final.
- FEEDBACK + MY FEEDBACK + Positive feedback is posted for all transactions automatically after payment is received. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase or the transaction, please allow me to solve the problem - contact me immediately! If given the opportunity, I will resolve every issue. Please allow adequate response time for a reply to your email before leaving neutral or negative feedback or filing a dispute.
- CONTACT Messages: I use the eBay My Messages system, click the "Ask seller a question" link on the auction page (near "BID NOW" button) or this page. Hours: M-S; Response within 24 hours except on Sunday and Holidays. Please allow up to 48 hrs response time for a reply to your email. See FEEDBACK above.
- POST AUCTION$$HOW TO PAY$$ DUE: Within 7 days of auction close - all payment methods. *Note: Buyer's must contact me via the eBay My Messages system, within 24 hours of auction close to confirm your payment method - no contact is required when paying within 24 hours. In the event of extenuating circumstances, I will allow payment arrangements if contacted before the 7th day after auction close. PAY: Use the "PAY NOW" button on the auction page, winning bidder email or on your invoice to complete checkout or receive mailing instructions. UNPAID ITEMS will be reported to eBay on the 8th day after auction/item close and may receive an unpaid item strike.

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
