• Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase which includes shipping, handling, and insurance charges. (shipping is non-refundable in any return)
• Refunds will be granted once item has been returned in its original condition. If there is tampering or mishandling of the item caused by the buyer it will be assumed by the buyer. "ALTERED OR SIZED” RINGS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
