It will allow you to use your credit card to pay instantly. It was also provide our shipping information should you chose to send a check or money order. Once your payment is received, you're order is immediately processed and shipped. All items are generally shipped within 24 hours of payment. Keep in mind we have to pay for boxes, mailers, labels, packaging supplies, as well as automated shipping services and pickups from UPS and the USPS. The exact shipping rate is quoted in every auction. Feedback is ONLY left once the buyer has left it for us. We feel the transaction is not over until you have received the product and have let us know through feedback, that you are happy. If for any reason you are not happy with any aspect of the transaction, let us know so we can fix it. We have an automated program so when your positive feedback is left for us, a positive feedback is automatically posted in your profile. Returns are accepted but, we ask that you send us an email prior to shipping items back. If the item is defective or not as described we will pay for shipping but if for some reason you want to return the item and it wasn't our fault, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. If you are paying by check or money order, you must include the item number and email address with your payment. We have over 3000 listings so we ask that you include an item number in all correspondence. If you are asking about the status of a package we will need your full name to get the shipping details for you.
