       All of our merchandise is 100% AUTHENTIC and purchased directly from reputable major suppliers. We only purchase merchandise which can be verified as authentic to the best of our ability. There are no returns, exchanges, or refund due to personal preferences. Items may be returned or exchanged if there is a defect. Return/exchange will be done upon receipt of the returned item. 
       We always encourage bidders to ask all questions before bidding, therefore, if you wish to return a merchandise because you contest its authenticity, you are required to do the following:

1.      If you wish to contest the Authenticity, you must provide a "written statement" from an official boutique/store

2.      Any problems / concerns must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

3.      No returns will be accepted without a prior authorization - NO EXCEPTIONS.

4.      Take the merchandise to its local official store. Have the store manager, not the sales associates, authenticate the merchandise. If the store manager feels that the merchandise we sold you is not authentic, have the store manager state in writing and sign it, using the store letterhead, with his/her contact info and the merchandise's article/style number, the reasons in detail why the merchandise is not authentic.

.      Send the original letter along with the merchandise, unused, in its original condition and with its original packaging, to us, postage and insurance prepaid.

      Payment Terms

      • Payments must be received within 7 days of auction end.
      • All sales are final.
      • We accept payment Credit Card payments via Paypal, e-Checks via Paypal, and money orders.
      • NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
      • Per Paypal policy we MUST ship the item to the Verified/Confirmed address on your Paypal account. If the item needs to be shipped to another address we recommend paying with a money order instead.

      Shipping Terms
      • Postal insurance is extra but not mandatory. Please be advised that if you do not purchase insurance, we cannot be responsible for lost items.
      • Seller is not responsible for lost shipment. 

      • If you recently moved, please don't forget to change your address on your eBay and Paypal accounts.

      • All International packages are sent via USPS First-Class mail or USPS Priority mail.
      • Express mail is available upon request.
      • We combine S&H charges on multiple purchases.
      • Winning bidder agrees to pay shipping charges listed on the auction. 
      • All transaction are done through USPS Services only, we do not accept any pick ups.
      • We will assist the Buyer with filing the insurance claim if the package is insured and lost during shipment.
      • International buyers: for shipping quote please select your country from the drop-down list in the Shipping Terms section of the listing.

      Feedback Policy

      • In case of any problem, please email us within 48 hours after receiving the item, and allow us to address it before prematurely giving a negative feedback.
      • Please do not post negative or neutral feedbacks before trying to resolve the matter with us.
      • We will always try our best to address your concerns.
      • All disputes regarding transactions are deemed final and settled once buyers post negative or neutral feedback, buyer will forfeit all return/exchange rights.  

      Bidding Terms

      • Please ask all questions prior bidding.
      • Winner MUST contact us within 3 days and payment must be received within 7 days of auction end.
      • Should you have any problem with the received merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt of the merchandise.
      • Negative feedback will be given to winning bidder who backs out of the transaction. All NPB (Non-Paying Bidder) will be report to eBay.
      • We reserve the right to cancel or retract bids without prior notice from bidders with zero or negative feedback, fraud/shield/fake bidding or not a serious bidder.
      • Your bid is a contract - place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from us.

       

       
      Listings
      To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.

      Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
