IconicImages is in the Movie Memorabilia business. Movies are the dreams of culture made visible. Movie posters represent those movies, and what could be more Iconographic? Indeed, those of us who love movies often have favorites in which we invest personal meaning that defines our life. The posters for those movies can remind us of those passions and ideals that tell us who we are.
Original posters, lobby cards, and other memorabilia are certainly collectable as they are highly in demand and in very limited supply. Iconographics has a huge collection of material from the 60's to the present, with emphasis on the present. What fun it is to see enthusiasms come and go for whatever catches the interest of moviegoers. As certain titles become popular the posters become scarce.
