| Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, consumers have a cooling off period of 7 days, beginning on the day after they receive the goods to cancel their contract with the company subject to the following provisions:
{A} Notice of cancellations must be received by the company in writing at the address printed on the top of the invoice within the 7 day period to be effective.
{B} The Company reserves the right to charge a fee for any returns made within this cancellation period for goods which conform to the contract and which satisfy the implied terms contained under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. This charge will cover the direct cost incurred by the company to arrange recovery of the goods in question.
{C} Goods which do not conform to the contract or the implied terms contained within the sale of goods Act 1979 will be replaced or the price refunded without charge.
{D} Please include the invoice Number on which goods were purchased and your Name & Address
{E} We also advise Customers to use Recorded Delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost.

Delivery times:
All orders received by 3pm (during weekdays) will be shipped on the same day for next (working day) delivery.
Note: In rare circumstances we may experience a delay in dispatching your order on the same day. In this case we will endeavour to deliver your item within 48 hours or contact you immediately if we expect the delay to last longer than 48 hours.

Damaged in transit or faulty on arrival
We must be notified within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please return the item with its original packing. We can either supply a replacement or a full refund once the item has been returned.
Under no circumstance will we replace any part until the original has been returned to us.
Correctly supplied parts
A handling charge of 25% and all carriage charges will be deducted from the refund.
Customers can either return the item back to us at their own expense or we can arrange for a courier to collect the item and deduct the collection charges from the refund amount. Refunds are only issued once the item has been returned and inspected (normally within 48 hours).

Most items we sell are supplied with a warranty with varying levels of cover. Please refer to the auction page for the product you are purchasing for specific warranty details.
If the part develops a fault within the warranty period, we will supply a replacement (if available) or a refund.
The part must be returned to us at the customers expense for inspection before we make any decision to replace or refund the supplied part. Our Warranty does not cover any subsequent costs in connection with removing the fitted part - such as car hire, wages, loss of profit, accomodation etc.
