Things to remember - FAQ's:
  • Our email address is sales@totalfitnessdvds.com. Feel free to email us with any questions. We answer ALL questions.
  • We ship everyday - Monday through Saturday if we are in town. Otherwise we occasionally take a Saturday off. We email everyone the day the item ships so you're not "kept in the dark". Communication is very important to us.
  • If you get a defective video. DVD, or other product just email us. This is a family run business and we are human - sometimes we miss things, but we do the best we can to describe things accurately.
