What does the 5-Star Gold Service Guarantee mean to you, if You shop with The Savvy Princess? 

 

 EBay's Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR) gives you as a buyer the chance to rate me on four different categories about the experience you receive when shopping at my store. I would love to receive a 5 star in all 4 categories from all of my buyers! If you feel you can not leave me all 20 stars, Will you please contact me right away so that I may have the opportunity to improve my service to you and everyone that shops with me!! Please also know that even receiving just some of the stars is not Good enough, even though ebay may make it seem its good, it's NOT, if I don't receive all 20 stars then it will hurt my Seller Status, I honestly want you to be Happy!! I feel my feedback and years on ebay will show you the buyer that I am willing to work things out and will also do right by my buyers! What is the "5 Star" experience??

 

 Item as Described:  It means that I will describe to you the item that you are purchasing in full detail with several photos. Please keep in mind This includes the fact that I am only human and may miss something. However, I will stand behind what I sell and guarantee all the products to be in wearable order or I will gladly accept returns for either a refund or exchange, if I have made the error all you have to do is contact me.

Communication:  I strive to answer all questions quickly and accurately. I also send emails indicating that your item was purchased, that it has been paid for and last but not least - the date your item was shipped. If you don't see the emails, please check your ebay message center, or your junk/spam folder, I know you want information regarding the status of your purchase every step along the way.

Shipping Time:  I Will ship your item within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays (your item will still will be shipped within 24 hours, it's just the post office maybe closed and or taking longer because of the holiday or weekend, but be assured if the label was created I did drive and drop off your package at my local post office!) Most items ship the day of purchase. All US items are sent 1st class mail if under 13 oz or Priority mail both with delivery confirmation. That means you should receive your package in about 2-3 days after shipment!! I also offer Express Mail as an option. International items are sent Priority Mail or Express Mail which provide tracking information. I ship virtually everywhere quickly and safely! My products are very well packaged and marked correctly to help ensure safe delivery.

Shipping & Handling Charges: I do everything I can to keep your shipping costs low and reasonable, I even offer Free shipping on most of my items or lower rates then it really cost me. My rates are based on weight and area of delivery. You can check the item listing to find out the exact charge for shipping to your home, if you feel its to high will you let me know before you buy so there will not be a problem in leaving all 5 stars in this category.
